IMPORTANT NOTES:
(1) You must be an academic year member (e.g., Sept 1 to Aug 31) in order to register for the conference. If you are not, we have good news. If needed, you may order your annual membership below at the same time as registering.
(2) Add registration and meal each separately to your PayPal cart before checking out of PayPal. First choose the correct option from the pull-down menu: (Conference Only, or Membership & Conf. Registration, etc.). Second, choose your lunch preference. After your Registration has been added to your PayPal, come back and add your Lunch fee. Then check out. (If you prefer to use a paper with check submission process, that information is further below as well.)
(3) A DIFFERENT FORM FOR STUDENTS PRESENTING AND WHO ARE ALREADY A MEMBER. If you are a student presenting and you already have your membership, your conference registration is waived. But we still need to know you are coming. Therefore, use "this form" instead. Students not presenting, or students presenting without their membership yet, choose the correct option below.
(4) SPECIAL DIET? If you are a person with any dietary restrictions, such as gluten free or vegetarian, after you register, please send a separate email to TheWSA@live.com with your dietary preference. Please put DIET PREFERENCE in your email subject. Thank you.
