If you are a student who is presenting, your conference registration is waived. We still need to know you are coming however, so complete this form to let us know your information.

After providing your Name, Phone, and Email, in the "Message" area below, include:

1. Your affiliation (e.g., your university name) and student status (e.g., undergraduate, graduate?)

2. Your faculty mentor's name (or "none," if you didn't have one)

3.  Title of your paper that you will be presenting
